THE CONSORTIUM WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS TO PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD USING A VARIETY OF LEARNING DELIVERY SYSTEMS. THE CONSORTIUM WILL IDENTIFY AND RESPOND TO NEW NEEDS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING BASIC AND APPLIED RESEARCH, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
