SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION'S OBJECTIVES SHALL BE THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL LEAGUES FOR THE YOUTH OF THE TOWN OF RAYNHAM IN BRISTOL COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS. SUCH LEAGUE SHALL PROMOTE IDEALS OF SPORTSMANSHIP IN THE ADDITION TO THE INSTRUCTION IN THE SPORTS OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.
