Wethrive Inc.

Mission

We Thrive Inc. exists to promote the health and well being of people of the Cape and Islands region through support, education, community building, and leadership development, inspiring LGBTQ young people and allies to recognize their power and affect positive social change. CIGSYA builds and supports a community of all ages that nurtures and inspires Cape Cod’s young people of all identities including sexualities, genders, ethnicities, creeds, abilities, and other differences.

Vision

We Thrive Inc. envisions a community where young LGBTQ folks of the Cape and Islands region are safe, understood, supported, inspired, productive and connected to support reaching their goals and full potential.

Goals

1.We Thrive will put all three properties in Trust, ensuring long term rental income and should the organization change, the resources could sold and put in a fund to give grants forever.
2.We Thrive will triple the number of buildings the organization owns to provide homes, expanding programs to provide four times as many living spots. This will be accomplished 2019-2021 with low interest rates on 20 year loans. The properties will be fully renovated and brought into programs for homes bringing in solid income for Thrive too.. Income and meeting Program needs in one shot.
3.We Thrive will support our partnership Restaurant. Bread and Roses and We Thrive in partnership increase hours and resources to people struggling with economics or safety. Members can charge food and beverages at any time the restaurant is open.
