TO MEET THE NEEDS OF UNDERSERVED ANIMALS AND REDUCE EUTHANASIA BY: COORDINATING GRANT MONIES TO MEET THE MEDICAL NEEDS OF RESCUE AND SHELTER ANIMALS; PROVIDING AFFORDABLE MEDICAL SERVICES TO ANY PET OWNER REGARDLESS OF INCOME OR RESIDENCE; AND STRENGTHENING THE HUMAN-ANIMAL BOND THROUGH EDUCATION, COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PERSONAL SERVICE.
