Vision

Our vision is a world where women do not live in poverty. We strive for a world where all women are financially independent, are treated with dignity and respect and are directly impacting their lives and those of their families. We aspire to a world that fully harnesses the power of women and recognizes their role in economic sustainability.

Goals

1. 1.Dress for Success Boston has developed a new program called "Confidence Days". This program was created when it became apparent that girls and young women between the ages of 14-21 needed guidance on how to present themselves in a professional manner. Dress for Success Boston Confidence Day workshops provide 2-4 hours of training/educational sessions geared towards a younger audience.
2. 2.Dress for Success Boston received funding from Women's Foundation of Boston to upgrade technology for all staff. New computers that were equipped with cameras for virtual meetings were installed, along with a cloud-based server. New printers and docking stations were also installed.
3. 3.Virtual Suiting program was developed during the pandemic, which allowed the organization to continue to provide women with professional clothing in a virtual setting. This program continues to be utilized for women who are unable to physically get to the site to receive services.
