Vision
Our vision is to help see The Great Commission of Jesus Christ completed in this generation by training 300,000 indigenous pastors and church planting missionaries to help generate Church Planting and Disciple Making Movements in 1,000 of the world’s Unreached People groups.
Goals
- 1.Equipping national leaders, both men and women, primarily in the 10/40 Window, to be more effective in ministering to the spiritual needs in their communities. 196 Great Commission Training Conferences held in 2023. 4989 Nationals Trained. 497 New Church Plants. 4756 New Believers and many New Baptisms.
- 2.The goal is to go deeper into the 10/40 window by accessing the 20/60 Core groups in the least accessible regions. Understanding that cultural barriers will have to be overcome, and that physical safety is a priority. As an organization, we feel compelled to push in deeper.
- 3.Based on in field master trainer feedback and reporting the need to expand our services to include elements of entrepreneurial training creates safer avenues into unreached people groups as they have stronger needs to be able to create funding sources. For this reason we have began to incorporate skills and trades training.
