Mission

We are a highly recognized, non-profit leader in creating and fostering environments that support mental health and substance use prevention, empower individuals, and nurture a culture of well-being. We do this by partnering with schools, employers, and communities, to provide evidence-based programs, consultation, individual services, and group interventions, so that people can be and do their best at school, at work, and in their communities.
