TO ENHANCE THE INDEPENDENCE AND ENRICH THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL AND AGE RELATED DISABILITIES THROUGH A DIRECT CARE SERVICES ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES IN-HOME CARE TO SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, AS WELL AS AN ADULT DAY PROGRAM.
