Vision

Pride Lafayette seeks to become the premier link to the Greater Lafayette LGBTQ+ community. We hope to build bridges within the community and forge new bonds among young and old, life-long residents and newcomers, and community members living on both sides of the Wabash. We celebrate the strength and diversity of our community, and we foster an increased sense of well-being in the lives we touch.

Goals

1. 1.Increasing the size and reach of our annual OUTFest Pride Festival to ensure that LGBTQ+ Hoosiers in smaller communities in North Central Indiana know they have a safe space to celebrate the diversity of our state and community.
2. 2.Establishing new funding sources to sustain the LGBTQ+ Health Equity Project, which provides healthcare navigation and wellness education to members of the LGBTQ+ community. Specifically, the project provides wellness screenings and information about LGBTQ+-affiming healthcare and wellness providers in the region.
