Mission

Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services (IRIS) is a non-profit agency whose mission is to help refugees and other displaced people establish new lives and contribute to the vitality of their new communities.

Vision

The vision of IRIS is for refugees resettling in the United States to achieve success, acceptance, and self-sufficiency.

Goals

1.To provide more equitable services undocumented immigrants who do not receive the same government support as refugees, and facilitate long-term solutions to help families stay together.
2.To mobilize volunteers for the new Welcome Corps program, as IRIS was selected by the State Department to vet, train, and monitor private sponsors, helping to strengthen the program moving forward.
3.Over the next three years, IRIS hopes to establish a K-12 school for immigrants, ensuring that every student has access to trauma-informed care.
