    Our mission is to improve the health and social well-being of the communities we serve through equitable, high-quality, patient-centered care that is culturally responsive. Since 1971 we have been providing access to health care to the greater New Haven community, regardless of ability to pay. We are very proud to have earned HRSA's Gold Health Center Quality Leader designation consistently for the past 6 years, putting us in the top 10% of 1,400 health centers nationwide.
