Vision

Neighborhood Studios will be a highly energized organization that expands the number of children and youth, including those with special needs, it serves through securing additional resources and offering vibrant and excellent arts programming. Neighborhood Studios will be a center for community-building, among students, their families, and the broader Bridgeport community.

Goals

1. 1.Professionalizing the organization through regular performance reviews, additional faculty and staff meetings, and developing a succession plan.
2. 2.Enhance programs by hiring a part time program director, increasing communication with families, identifying additional faculty, surveying participants and working toward new strategic partnerships.
3. 3.Enhance fundraising by attracting younger donors, enhancing relationships with existing donors, and additional communication to supporters through direct mail and email.
