Pacific House

Mission

The mission of Pacific House is to prevent and end homelessness in lower Fairfield County, CT, serving Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, and Norwalk. Pacific House operates an emergency shelter, located at 597 Pacific Street, Stamford, that provides meals and case management services for men and young adults males. We also developed and operate 14 permanent supportive housing properties serving men, women and families with children. Programs and Services: EMERGENCY SHELTER: Delivering a safe haven and comprehensive services 24/7, 365 days a year for men and young adult males; PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: Serving over 130 men, women and families with children; MEAL PROGRAM: Preparing and offering daily nutritious breakfast and dinner through our community-powered Meal-a-Month initiative; SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: Providing case management, street outreach, and connections to employment agencies, mental health services, substance abuse treatment centers, and more.
