At Jobs for the Future (JFF), we believe every person deserves a fair chance to work in a quality job so they can build a better life. For over 40 years, JFF has been a catalyst for helping people who face barriers to economic advancement. We do this by transforming the U.S. education and workforce systems and reimagining what’s possible. We lead public, private, and nonprofit changemakers to new ideas and promising innovations to help millions more people advance and strengthen our nation’s economic competitiveness. Jobs for the Future (JFF) is reimagining what’s possible—leading public, private, and nonprofit sector changemakers to new ideas, promising innovations, and ways to help millions more people achieve equitable advancement.
