Vision

Our vision is to foster a community where older adults and persons with disabilities are supported, valued, and connected with services that enable them to live independently, in their chosen home, with dignity.

Goals

1. 1.Grow and scale current programs to broaden access and deepen impact across underserved communities. Emphasize sustainability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement to ensure services reach those who need them most.
2. 2.Build WCAAA’s capacity by advancing financial management and technical infrastructure, enabling more effective service delivery and expanded support for older adults, caregivers, and communities throughout Western Connecticut.
3. 3.This goal reflects our commitment to expanding advocacy to elevate our mission and drive policy and system changes that benefit older adults and caregivers across Western Connecticut.
