TO PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE ELDERLY, PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS. TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTARY ASSISTANCE TO THE MOST NEEDY ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE ADMINISTRATION OF CHARITABLE TRUST FUNDS.
