Vision

Our vision is to create a community where everyone has access to safe and affordable housing, regardless of their income, age, or background. We strive to build a future where hardworking families can achieve their dream of homeownership, seniors can age in place with dignity, and veterans can receive the support they need to thrive. Through our commitment to building high-quality homes and providing essential repairs and assistance, we aim to create a stronger, more sustainable community for all.

Goals

1. 1.Complete new construction or rehabilitation of 3-5 affordable homes in Western Connecticut annually, creating safe and decent housing for hardworking families in need.
2. 2.Provide home repair, ADA, and spring clean-up services to at least 50 seniors and veterans each year, ensuring that they can safely and comfortably age in place. Provide 12 financial literacy workshops throughout the year to expand our support of the broader community.
3. 3.Increase outreach efforts and spread awareness of our mission to the wider community.
