Mission

Bridgeport Rescue Mission demonstrates the love of God to hungry, homeless, and addicted people throughout Coastal Connecticut, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We offer hope and dignity, fighting poverty from the inside out by providing food, shelter, clothing, addiction recovery services, and education to facilitate lasting life-change. Our vision to excel in providing food, shelter, clothing, education, job training, and counseling for the urban poor and addicted. Our mission is to fight poverty from the inside out as we embrace the urban poor and addiction with the compassion of Christ, offering hope and healing for a changed life.
