Our mission is to provide nonprofit structure, strategic coaching, and community to Christian leaders who serve the underserved worldwide.

Vision

Our Vision is to empower Kingdom leaders to accomplish their God-given visions.

Goals

1.Partner Growth and Retention. We exist for our partners to achieve their God-given vision. Our next goal is growing in partners, retaining partners, and building quality care to expand their capacity.
2.Revenue Growth. Expanding into new streams of revenue and deepening current sources of funding. Includes both grant team working on proposals and new internal program offering grants to our partners.
3.Pioneer In New Arenas. Follow our natural progression into new arenas. Including nonprofit collaboratives and Indigenous Partner Empowerment Initiative.
