We believe that What's Within You Is Stronger Than What's In Your Way. No Barriers USA is a nonprofit organization that envisions a world where barriers do not stand in the way of possibilities. Using our multi-phase programs, we cultivate a mindset in people affected by disability to break through barriers and elevate their lives and communities. 1 in 4 adults has a disability. We know that people are not defined by their visible or invisible disabilities — or by the barriers they face. No Barriers envisions a world where everyone has the agency, confidence, and community to live an incredible life. We equip individuals with practical tools, transformative experiences, and a strong community of support to navigate adversity and shape their own future. Our work is rooted in the No Barriers mindset: what’s within you is stronger than what’s in your way. This belief drives real impact. When people believe they can influence their own lives, health, happiness, and economic outcomes improve. Communities become more stable, collaborative, and resilient. At the same time, we address the growing epidemic of loneliness, which disproportionately affects people with disabilities, by intentionally building spaces of connection and belonging. We are here to strengthen purpose, agency, and community — because when people feel capable and connected, possibility expands.
