By 2030, IM ABLE will be a nationally recognized Adaptive Training Center and inclusive community hub for all abilities, serving veterans with disabilities, recreational and competitive adaptive athletes.

Goals

1. 1.Expand high-quality, inclusive adaptive fitness programs that measurably improve quality of life: •Strengthen, standardize core programs •Implement a formal subsidies model to ensure equitable access •Expand Operation Lead From the Front- veteran focused programming •Re-launch, scale Got The Nerve? as a competitive adaptive sports umbrella •Scale IM ABLE Games to drive participation and visibility
2. 2.IM ABLE Foundation is focused on building a resilient, well-governed organization with national reach; achieving long-term financial sustainability through diversified revenue and disciplined fiscal management; and leveraging technology to improve efficiency, accountability, and impact measurement across programs, fundraising, and operations.
3. 3.IM ABLE Foundation aims to transition from space-constrained operations to an expanded, universally designed facility by optimizing current space, conducting feasibility and cost analyses, integrating adaptive design and equipment, and aligning facility planning with future capital and grant strategies.
