Mission

Founded in 1860, the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut is a community service organization dedicated to building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through the development of spirit, mind and body. We strive to serve all, regardless of financial or physical need. The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut services 22 towns in Connecticut and New York. We are unique in many ways and we offer a depth of youth and adult programs that are truly unmatched in challenge, growth, and fun. We are also proud sponsors of our nationally recognized ESCAPE to the Arts program and Positive Youth Development.
