To maintain our standing as a premier provider and champion of quality, life-changing behavioral health care while regularly evolving our treatment and training services to meet changing community needs…the goal is to provide integrated care, in one setting, aimed toward improving the health status of the communities we serve.

Goals

1. 1.Establish a solid management and staff infrastructure, guided by a strong Board. To achieve this, we will: ensure management teams and the Board are operating efficiently & effectively; expand recruitment opportunities; deepen staff knowledge and skills; ensure salaries and benefits plan are competitive; and leverage HR Technology and Analytics to enhance HR processes.
2. 2.Evolve into an integrated behavioral health culture where every employee delivers the highest quality services and is a strong advocate for the agency. To achieve this, we will: continue to enhance the skills of staff on best practices and evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and that the agency remains person-centered; and strategically implement an integrated system of care across the agency.
3. 3.Build on the agency’s IT to ensure our ability to deliver services & maintain client database and billing system. To achieve this, we will: form an IT Committee; prepare staff in the capitalization of AI as it relates to clinical & administrative enhancements; develop cybersecurity policies & protocols; and annually assess, repair/update/replace equipment & software to ensure IT efficiency.
