BSDC NEIGHBORHOOD HOMES HDFC'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TWOFOLD: (1) DEVELOPING AND UPGRADING HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES IN THE BEDFORD STUYVESANT AREA; AND (2) ENCOURAGING THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT BY TAKING A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
