THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO EQUIP, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A DAY CARE PROGRAM IN BROOKLYN NEW YORK UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE NEW YORK CITY ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN'S SERVICES (ACS).
