Mission

TO TRANSFORM THE MINDSET OF BOTH THE INCARCERATED AND FORMALLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE RECIDIVISM AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY SAFETY. TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH THE INTEGRATION OF FORMERLY INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS BACK INTO THE FAMILY UNIT AS WELL AS INTO THE COMMUNITY.

Vision

Chance For Life's vision is to rebuild, restore and save lives through its transformational model.

Goals

1.CFL is increasing not only its resources but its territory by expanding further into suburban counties. In addition to Wayne, CFL plans to expand to Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Genesee Counties.
2.To create conditions for lasting change, CFL must focus on its primary programs, including Mediation/Conflict Resolution, Critical Thinking/Communication and Substance Abuse Disorders.
3.CFL is actively positioning itself with private and corporate foundations for funding, and is embarking on further evolving its technology, outreach, social media and additional staff.
