Mission

Culinary Careers Program (C•CAP) is a national workforce development nonprofit empowering under-resourced students and adults to become the next generation of leaders in food and hospitality through culinary arts education, job skills training, college scholarships, and career opportunities.

Vision

Using food as tool, we create pathways to success in the hospitality industry and beyond.

Goals

1.Continue to reach more underserved youth across the country through region expansion.
2.Expand beyond serving youth to include other important populations who can benefit from culinary training such as the formerly incarcerated, veterans and those seeking asylum.
3.Enhancing our curriculum through new topics on food waste, sustainability, food styling, health eating and exposure to diverse cuisines such as indigenous foodways.
