Goodwill of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey has empowered individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment to gain independence through the power of work for over 100 years. In 2021, we helped nearly 10,000 people in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Long Island and upstate New York find and keep jobs. By providing critical job training, placement, and retention services for people with disabilities and other barriers, we are able to uplift communities to support employment.
