Vision

AICF funds young Israeli talent by opening necessary doors for young artists to develop their skills in Israel, the US, and around the globe. AICF provides crucial early, middle, and advanced career support to Israel's most talented artists in music, dance, and visual arts. For over eight decades, AICF has been the leader in supporting and promoting Israeli culture and artistic life, providing over $160M in life-changing support to over 18,000 outstanding young artists.   Through a range of signature programs including Creative Excellence Scholarships, Periphery Outreach Program, Study Abroad Scholarships, Aviv Competition, Israeli Artist Network, and Instrument Loans, AICF empowers generations of Israel's most distinguished artists and sets the bar for artistic excellence on stages, in theaters and galleries over the world.

Goals

1. 1.AICF advances its mission of nurturing Israeli artistic excellence through core programs including Creative Excellence Grants, Study Abroad Scholarships, the Periphery Program, Aviv Competitions, Instrument Loans, and the Beyond Talent Program, providing financial support, training, mentorship, and career opportunities so talented artists can thrive regardless of economic barriers.
2. 2.In response to the growing need for career development and professional networks among early-career Israeli artists, AICF launched the Beyond Talent Program in 2025. Serving as an early-career hub for Israeli artists worldwide, it provides mentoring, industry sessions, enrichment events, and project support to help artists transform their talent into sustainable professional careers.
