The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We improved financial management practices, enhanced technological infrastructure, streamlined operational processes, & invested in staff development. We implemented Monday.com, additional training on CRM, streamlined branding colors, fonts & look in marketing materials, & reviewed audit providers. We hired a major gift officer to increase fundraising with Federations & private foundations.
Goal Two: We increased capacity across our children’s homes, expanded trauma care in counseling centers, &broadened access to early childhood education in day care centers. We enhanced vocational & life-skills training to better prepare teens for independent adulthood. Emunah expanded community partnerships, staff training, & new educational and therapeutic models to meet the evolving needs.
Goal Three: We launched new local chapters to engage more volunteers, elevate community awareness, & mobilize support around our core cause areas. We partnered with mission-aligned nonprofits, coalitions, & communal organizations to amplify our voice, coordinate advocacy efforts, & increase our collective impact. This reinforced our reach & public engagement.
