Through our innovative training model, we will transform the landscape of psychotherapy services by developing compassionate, culturally responsive clinicians who reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. By bridging the gap between affordability and excellence, ICP will continue to be a beacon of healing, growth, and learning—creating ripples of positive change across individuals, families, and communities for generations to come.

Goals

1. 1.ICP provides affordable, high-quality psychotherapy, with fees starting at $35 for students (median $50). We serve diverse populations including 46% LGBTQIA+ and 32% BIPOC patients, with 57% earning under $43,000 annually. Medicaid covers 25% of our 500+ active patients. We deliver 25,000 therapy sessions yearly and continually work to expand mental healthcare access.
2. 2.ICP offers training programs for aspiring and licensed clinicians to learn specialized and advanced forms of treatment. Our classes are taught by leaders in the field who have many years of expertise. ICP offers tuition assistance to continually improve access for diverse applicants regardless of financial circumstance.
3. 3.We are implementing comprehensive reforms to tuition and compensation structures proposed by a financial task force, while focusing on revenue growth and expense reduction. Financial restructuring, analytical improvements, board expansion, and new division leadership are driving our strategic transformation to achieve long-term sustainability.
