The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our goal is to strengthen organizational capacity by fostering adaptive leadership, integrating advanced technology, and upskilling staff to meet evolving demands. We are enhancing financial systems for strategic resource management, investing in robust data infrastructure for evidence-based decision-making, and embedding DEIB principles to foster an inclusive culture, driving sustainable impact.
Goal Two: We grow and scale programs to address evolving community needs, ensuring impactful, data-driven services. This year, we expanded food access, enhanced workforce training and employment support, integrated mental health partnerships to improve referrals, and scaled our resident services model to provide comprehensive, accessible support that drives long-term stability and opportunity.
Goal Three: We develop new programs to address changing community needs, creating opportunities for stability, upward mobility, and agency for the families we serve. In the current climate, this includes increasing access to food support, financial literacy, workforce development, and mental health services, ensuring timely, impactful responses tailored to the communities we serve.
