Vision

We envision a city where education is equitable, and the arts are accessible for youth in communities that are rich in culture and capability and have been intentionally and unintentionally excluded and under-resourced. Youth in our communities will be the next generation of lifelong learners, creative problem solvers, and collaborative leaders.

Goals

2. 2.Expand programming focused on career exploration and readiness including but not limited to Exploring Creative Futures and Young Artivists. Deepen key partnerships with schools and other community institutions in alignment with our theory of change
3. 3.Implement and manage a balanced budget through collaborative financial management across all departments. Achieve revenue goals in all public and private fundraising categories. Submit a successful response to NYC DYCD REP to sustain and growth afterschool and summer programs. Elevate LEAP brand through events, publications, and online communications
