Mission

Graham provides life-changing tools and resources for children, young adults, and families who face some of the most difficult obstacles caused by poverty, racial injustice, and lack of access to educational opportunities, living wage employment, quality healthcare, and affordable housing. We collaborate with communities and strong partners to create and implement innovative strategies so everyone can lead healthy, joyful, and successful lives.

We will work with partners to develop new family and community supports that can become national models to ultimately replace the child welfare system.

Goals

1.Reimagine, create, and launch compassionate family support by advocating for change, focusing on equity, and eliminating harm caused by biased and oppressive systems.
2.In partnership with community and in support of family strength and wellbeing: expand centers and offerings and deepen our commitment to local leadership development.
3.Expand education, career, mental health, and concrete supports to help children, young adults and parents lead healthy and prosperous lives.
