TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OLDER ADULTS AND TO FOSTER THEIR INDEPENDENT LIVING THROUGH THE DELIVERY OF COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION.

Vision

To make affordable, age-sensitive mental healthcare available to all older adults.

Goals

1.To strengthen the workforce by providing training to those working in the aging sector and do not have a background in mental health, and to those working in the mental health sector and do not have a background in aging.
2.To provide direct assistance to connect high-need clients to community supports for housing, meals, transportation, socialization, and medical care, with a goal to support aging in place.
3.To upgrade staffing and infrastructure to support a more streamlined client experience and improved workplace efficiency.
