CHN PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRIMARY AND PREVENTATIVE CARE, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO A LARGELY MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATION.
