Goals

1. 1.NIDC strives to make our free and low-cost services accessible to the broadest possible number of people. We collaborate with community partners to provide our services in various formats (in-person, virtual, and recorded content) at different times of day, catering to the diverse needs of our audience.
2. 2.At NIDC, responsiveness is a core value. We are dedicated to listening to and understanding the needs and wants of our community. By following trends in NYC and our various fields of service, we proactively shape our support and services to address issues that may not yet have arisen in our community engagement work.
3. 3.NIDC has been working to establish new funding streams to maintain the strength and affordability of our programming. We invest in our leadership through ongoing professional development, expanding our internal capacity. We continually strive to identify and implement technological solutions that will significantly enhance our efficiency, ultimately paving the way for a more productive future.
