The Tibet Fund’s mission is to preserve the distinct cultural identity of the Tibetan people. Founded in 1981 under the patronage of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, The Tibet Fund is the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Tibetan communities and safeguarding Tibet’s cultural heritage.

1.Increase access to basic humanitarian needs of Tibetan refugees expand preventive strategies through access to primary health care improve quality of education increase employment & household income.
2.Strengthen our fundraising team by recruiting Development Director & Communications Officer to work on foundation and major donor prospects research proposal writing and manage our marketing projects
3.Preservation of Tibetan cultural identity will remain the main goal as Tibetans inside Tibet are being marginalized politically, culturally & linguistically under the rule of Chinese government
