Jazz Forum Arts envisions a world where jazz is accessible to everyone, a living and evolving art form that connects generations, celebrates cultural diversity, and strengthens community life. By nurturing creativity, supporting artists, and presenting exceptional performances and educational programs, we aspire to make Westchester a national model for how the arts can inspire, unite, and enrich everyday life.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to Jazz Forum Arts programs and performances by reaching new audiences, increasing participation in education initiatives, and strengthening community partnerships across Westchester. This growth will ensure our programs remain inclusive, sustainable, and reflective of the diverse communities we serve.
2. 2.Invest in organizational infrastructure through professional development that trains our team in new technologies, automation, and financial and technical management systems. These investments will increase efficiency, improve operations, and strengthen our capacity to deliver high-quality programs and services.
3. 3.Focus on strengthening our core programs by improving quality and impact rather than expanding too quickly. By refining operations, deepening community engagement, and supporting staff and artists, we aim to make our existing programs world class and sustainable.
