Mission

Peter Westbrook Foundation students are challenged physically and mentally. Each session involves rigorous conditioning, one-on-one instruction with Olympic-caliber coaches and activities designed to improve concentration and mental sharpness. PWF students not only learn how to be good winners and losers, but also how their actions directly influence the results they achieve. Through a combination of expertly-planned training regiments and thoughtful tournament scheduling, we've achieved unprecedented success, including Olympic, world championship and national medalists.

Vision

The Peter Westbrook Foundation envisions a future where every young person, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to discover their potential, build character, and gain life-changing skills through the sport of fencing.

Goals

1.Our goal is to maintain and expand our programs to reach as many underserved and minority youth in the 5 boroughs of NYC and parts of New Jersey.
2.Our two programs focus on developing fencing skills and providing academic tutoring for each participant to achieve success both on and off the strip.
3.The PWF prioritizes sustainability to ensure the organization has the capacity to continue operating at the highest levels.
