The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: MMCC will expand access to high-demand programs, particularly afterschool, workforce development, and financial empowerment, by increasing capacity across multiple sites. This includes scaling our youth and family services to meet rising community need and ensure more residents can benefit from high-quality, trauma-informed support.
Goal Two: MMCC will sharpen programmatic focus around its core services, evaluate legacy programs, strengthen quality standards, and reallocate resources to ensure that our most impactful, mission-critical services are sustained and enhanced to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes for the communities we serve.
Goal Three: MMCC will invest in organizational capacity by continued focus on staff training and career pathways, and improving operational infrastructure to support long-term sustainability. This includes program tracking systems, financial management tools, and supporting our workforce—particularly our bilingual, culturally aligned frontline staff—to ensure high-quality delivery across all programs.
