We partner with other nonprofit organizations. For example, we are the culinary training partner of the Fortune Society, a large nonprofit that supports the formerly incarcerated. We also work with World Central Kitchen. In Los Angeles, we worked with C.A.K.E. (Culinary Arts Kids Eat) to create a cookbook. For the past two years, we have produced the Food Industry Career Panel for the NYC Mayor's Youth Community Development Office. We have an active social media program across several platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
