TO ASSIST THOSE AFFLICTED WITH CEREBAL PALSEY BY PROMOTING RESEARCH AND SYMPOSIUMS, PROVIDING REFERRALS FOR TREATMENT, OBTAINMENT OF MEDICAL APPLIANCES AS WELL AS HELPING MITIGATE ITS EFFECT ON DAY TO DAY LIFE IN ADDITION TO VARIOUS SPECIAL EDUCATION AND RELIGIOUS PROGRAMS.
