Goals

1. 1.Critical breakthroughs in women’s health are at risk due to increasingly scarce capital. FWW's goal is to aggressively grow our funding pool. By increasing seed grants, we empower vital early-stage research to attract major investments. Simultaneously, expanding our fellowships ensures promising researchers can build lifelong careers tackling these overlooked questions.
2. 2.The FWW plans to launch and scale an annual public symposium on timely women's health issues beginning with our 2026 Navigating Menopause event. Leveraging our expert network, this event will cut through misinformation, answer women’s most intimate health questions, and foster an engaged, informed community.
3. 3.The FWW is currently investing in our brand identity and online presence including the technology needed to integrate our outreach with our fundraising and operations; investing in a new program to engage with our alumni community and provide them with ongoing professional benefits; and developing and positioning our board and staff for program growth.
