We envision a sustainable infrastructure for state-of-the-art orthopedic care and education.

Goals

1. 1.FOCOS expands access to orthopedic care by increasing local and international medical missions, with U.S. physicians performing surgeries in Ghana and FOCOS doctors educating communities. The hospital scales its surgical and rehab services to treat more complex cases. Strengthening partnerships and fundraising efforts helps grow financial aid programs to support patients who cannot afford care
2. 2.Launch Endowment Fund toward achieving long-term sustainable health financing for underprivileged patients, especially children.
3. 3.Create and intensify orthopedic awareness among the public and pursue and activate Medical Tourism initiatives by engaging more doctors and medical professionals to visit and volunteer.
