(2) AFTER-SCHOOL - 5X/WEEK (2.5-HRS/SESSION) TEACHERS INSTRUCT CHILDREN IN GRADES K-5 ON PHONEMIC AWARENESS, READING COMPREHENSION, LITERARY DEVICES, AND WRITING.
