2. 2.Our organization maintains financial stability and governance compliance: Maintain a balanced budget and build an operating reserve Develop a financial plan that will support HousingPlus’s housing growth goals Maintain compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations Operate under a long-term revenue plan that funds current capacity and growth Increase rent collection rates
3. 3.Our strategic planning process generates organizational goals for growth, as well as the operational and structural changes necessary to support that growth: - Create a roadmap for housing growth for the next 5 to 7 years that includes a financial plan to support growth - Establish organizational policies and procedures for growth - Increase our capacity for data collection and assessment
