Mission

Founded in 2004, Community Health Free Clinic provides a full range of medical, dental, pharmacy and social services to the uninsured and under-served in East Central Iowa through model Community Partnerships. It is a volunteer-staffed organization that returns $12 of patient services for every dollar spent.
