Goal One: Goal 1: Increase awareness of the Nantucket Fund and the services CFN provides.
Objective: Increase community engagement and recognition through increased grant making, targeted outreach campaigns, partnerships, and events increasing our overall visibility.
Goal Two: Goal 2: Grow the Nantucket Fund to Increase Annual Grantmaking
Objective: Expand the Nantucket Fund (NF) to support the foundation’s mission of enhancing the community’s well-being. Our target is to grow the NF to $15 million by the end of 2025 and grant $1 million in 2025 and, with sufficient funding annually, thereafter, enabling impactful, sustainable support to local organizations and causes.
Goal Three: Goal 3: Increase Total Assets and Diversify Donor Engagement
Objective: Strengthen the foundation’s financial sustainability by growing total assets to $32 million, increasing donor-advised funds (DAFs), expanding scholarship funds, legacy giving, pledges, and nonprofit endowment funds.
