Goals

1. 1.The Alliance expands access to conservation, education, and visitor experiences across the parks by funding priority projects identified in conjunction with the National Park Service, engaging new and diverse audiences, and increasing opportunities for meaningful connection to these protected landscapes.
2. 2.The Alliance continuously works to strengthen its operational, fundraising, and governance capacity to sustainably increase philanthropic support for the parks, diversify revenue, enhance donor engagement, and ensure resources are deployed efficiently to meet the highest-priority needs.
3. 3.The Alliance prioritizes investment in high-impact conservation, education, and community engagement initiatives, using a structured process to identify needs, allocate funding, and measure outcomes that advance the protection, accessibility, and long-term resilience of the parks.
