Goal One: • Strategy A: Broaden the Alliance’s donor base by strengthening cultivation and engagement activities.
o Engage the Board of Directors to identify new donors
Goal Type: This goal reflects our commitment to further our advocacy work for our organization and or cause area.
Goal Two: Develop a fundraising “pipeline” inclusive of events, annual funds, individual and major gifts, campaigns, and planned giving, with an understanding of the importance of unrestricted gifts.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
Goal Three: : Build awareness of the Alliance and its philanthropic mission through the implementation of a coordinated communications strategy
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
